Prashant looks after business innovations and is the main think tank for 2COMS Group.
Prashant is the CEO & founder of 2COMS Group. Prashant graduated from St. Xavier’s College with Bachelors in Commerce. In 1993, set up his own venture Educom Software, a franchisee centre of Aptech Limited. Later in 1995, formed 2nd firm, Futurecom, providing networking and other hardware related solutions. Finally in 1999 formed 2COMS Group

Pramod Pachisia
COO, 2COMS Group
Pramod looks after service delivery optimization and enabling new innovations in the ecosystem. Pramod is the COO of 2COMS Group. Pramod graduated from Calcutta University with Bachelors in Commerce. He also has a Bachelors in Information Technology from Manipal. He joined Futurecom after graduation and managed the support division by heading a team of 15 engineers. In 1999 joined Educom Software and served as its marketing head. In 2000 he joined 2COMS as a COO.

Sangeeta Dalmia
VP, Delivery (Perm Recruitment, Staffing, NAPS)
Sangeeta is the Assistant Vice President of 2COMS Consulting. Sangeeta is graduate in Bachelors in Commerce. Prior joining 2COMS she was with Education Initiative (Franchise of Aptech) where she started a business opportunity in IT Sales. She joined 2COMS in 2007. Her work experience includes expertise in various domains like Telecom, BFSI & FMCG. She also is Spearheading the NAPS (Apprentice Initiative)

Philip Masih
AVP, Projects (RPL, CSR Business Development and Implementation)
Philip looks after skills projects delivery, with RPL project under his supervision receiving Union Ministry Award.
Philip graduated from St. Stephen’s College in Economics. He also has an MBA in Human Resource Management. He joined 2COMS in 2011. His work experience includes expertise in HR functions, strategic planning, performance management, corporate recruitment & business intelligence.

Piyush Khetan
AVP, Projects (Strategic Initiatives in Skill, CSR Implementation, Care Netram)
Piyush looks after a slew of projects pan-India with core competency in CSR projects, he is also responsible for tracking various Govt Skill Program across all Govt Schemes and building a pipeline of the Projects for the Group.

Arunangshu Sarkar
AVP, Projects (Skill Development, CSR, Corporate Pay Programs)
Arunagshu is the Skill Projects head of West Bengal with five state of the art Skill Centers under his purview. He is a veteran in skill development and placement. He is Currently also instrumental in build the Corporate funded program for Driver Training Centers across the country in collaboration with Ola.
Arunangshu has been with 2COMS Group and holds expertise in skill training projects. He also holds a degree in communication engineering.

Britto Sundar
AVP, Projects (Skill Development, Corporate Pay Programs, Placements PAN India)
Britto heads the Skill ecosystem of 2COMS Group in the state of Kerala. His Projects have been bestowed with a number of central government and state level projects. He heads the Kerala chapter of EduJobs Academy. He is currently also taking over the Pan India Placement Division.
Britto has been associated with 2COMS group for 5+ years and holds an MBA in Marketing degree under his belt.

Anjani Pattnaik
Senior Manager - (Skill Development, COE and CFC Development)
Anjani joined in the 2COMS Group as a part of the Train, Hire Deploy in the Certified Recruiter Program and went up to managing the Recruitment BPO delivery team in Bhubneswar, later to move to the academy. Currently is heading the Orissa Development Project like DDU-GKY and PMKVY Projects.

Augustin heads the Hyderabad location of 2COMS and plays a pivotal role in recruitment across Hyderabad in Domains Like Pharma, Technoclogy. He also head Skill Development Project Management across Andhra and Telengana.
Augustin has an MBA in Human Resource Management. He started his career with 2COMS in 2010 at Hyderabad. He joined as a consultant & soon took over the leadership role considering his superb performance. His work experience includes expertise in recruitment & training. He manages the overall operations at Hyderabad branch

Santanu Mukharjee
Manager, Academy Delivery Management for Skill Development, Content Development
Santanu helms the academic division of 2COMS Group with over 15 years of experience in academics and training.
Current Manages the academic Delivery of the Group under various Govt Programs including Schools, Manages a team of 120 plus trainers, content developers. -
Moumita Bhore
Manager (Group Human Resource, CSR Initiative of the Group)
Moumita managed the HR functions of the 2COMS Group. With a lean Team of 3 people, she under her charge management overall Hiring, Retention, and Employee Engagement, Payrolling.
Moumita has been with 2COMS group for 5 years and and MBA in business administration. Prior to joining the 2COMS Groups, she has worked with IBM Daksh in various Admin / HR functions.

Payel Bhattacharya
Manager, Internal Recruitment
Payel leads the pan India internal recruitment team for the 2COMS Group with skilled resources.
Payel has over 11 years of experience in end to end recruitment and training. Payel started her career with 2COMS in 2006. She has extensive experience in bulk hiring for ITES domain. She over the years has been Involved with Recruiter Training, Content Development and other supporting functions in Edujobs Academy.
